1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within Malaysia. At this time, we do not support international shipping.

Orders placed on our platform must include a valid Malaysian delivery address in order to be processed and fulfilled.

2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of the order amount, size, or location within Malaysia.

There are no hidden charges or handling fees beyond the price shown at checkout.

3. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Upon successful processing, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment.

4. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days from the date of processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Peak season delays
  • Courier-related service interruptions

If delivery is expected to exceed the standard 7-day window, we will notify you via email.

5. Delivery Method

We work with trusted domestic courier and logistics partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your goods. Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of order placement.

Please ensure that your address and contact number are correct to avoid any delay.

6. Failed Deliveries

In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or absence of a recipient, the courier may make additional attempts or return the package to us.

Should a return occur, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional handling fees may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.

7. Tracking and Status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can monitor the status of your shipment directly via the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

8. Damaged or Missing Goods

If your package arrives with visible damage or if you believe items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photos of the package and the items received to facilitate an investigation and resolution.
