We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

  • It must include the original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be free from any signs of wear or installation.

Non-Eligible Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The return request is made after the 30-day window.
  • The item is missing parts or is not in its original packaging.

Refund Processing

3. Order Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

  • Cancellations after 12 hours may not be accepted if the order is already being processed or shipped.
  • Approved cancellations will be fully refunded via the original payment method.
